The present general conditions of sale apply to the sale of all services offered by www.parisbackstages.com (SIRET : 842 485 427 00012).
Paris Backstages reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, subject to the changes appearing on the site www.parisbackstages.com.

Availability, ordering and tracking
The reservation is made by email.

On the site: www.parisbackstages.com by filling out the reservation form on the page of the desired tour.
The service provider, Paris Backstage, undertakes to provide the customer by email a confirmation of availability, a proposed date and a detailed estimate within a maximum of 72 hours.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of products available for sale.
The order of a service implies the acceptance without reserve and its full and entire adhesion to the present general conditions of sales which prevail over any other document.
Person in charge and comments
The comments of the Internet users reflect exclusively the opinion of their authors and are consequently placed under the whole responsibility of the latter. They do not reflect the point of view of Paris Backstages. The user agrees not to post defamatory, insulting or illegal messages on the site. Otherwise, the comment will be deleted as soon as the site administrator becomes aware of it.
Rates
The prices of the visits appearing on the site www.parisbackstages.com are expressed in euros and all taxes included. The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the recording of the firm and final order.
Terms of payment
The reservation of the service is definitive as soon as the estimate is returned dated and signed and accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the order. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
Once the payment has been made, a confirmation of reservation will then be sent by email or mail to the client.
The reservation of the services will be considered final only after receipt of the payment of the deposit by the client.
Paris Backstages will not be required to provide the services ordered by the client if the payment has not been previously paid according to the conditions indicated above.
Conditions and fees in case of cancellation
Once the payment is made, a confirmation of reservation will be sent by email or by mail to the customer.
The reservation of services will not be considered final until payment has been received by the customer.
Paris Backstages shall not be obliged to provide the services ordered by the customer if payment has not been made to it in accordance with the above conditions.
Conditions and costs in the event of cancellation
Cancellation of the service by Paris Backstages or the client after confirmation of the reservation is subject to the following provisions.
- Cancellation attributable to Paris Backstages
Paris Backstages undertakes to be present on the date, at the time and at the place specified at the time of reservation.
In the event of force majeure or exceptional events that prevent Paris Backstages from providing the service (weather conditions, strikes in museums and institutions, absence of the guide, closure of the places visited), the full amount of the service will be refunded to the client.
- Cancellation by the client
Any order cancelled by the customer before the day of the service (including weekends and holidays) will be subject to penalties charged according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation made between 15 and 30 calendar days before the beginning of the service: 100% refund of the payment
- Cancellation made between 7 and 14 calendar days before the beginning of the service: 70% refund of the payment
- Cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before the beginning of the service: 30% refund of the payment
The client must make sure to be at the meeting place and time before the tour starts.
If the client cancels after the scheduled appointment time or does not show up at the meeting place within 1 hour of the agreed upon time, the client will not receive any exchange or refund and the tour fee will be due in full.
Liability and Warranty
The services marketed and appearing on the site www.parisbackstages.com are in accordance with the French regulations in force.
The texts and photographs illustrating the presentation of visits to the site www.parisbackstages.com are non-contractual and therefore can not engage the responsibility of Paris Backstages in any capacity and in any way whatsoever.
During the visit, the participants are under their own civil responsibility. Paris Backstage cannot be held responsible for accidents or theft during the visit.
